There is no snail or any kind of moluska in the ingredients..
it just plain flour which was mixed with other non animal ingredients. It is also known as Mee Sanggul in Muar.

Mee Siput exclusively can be found in Muar, Johor. It can be purchase around RM5-RM10 per 1kg.

To cook, just short dip it in deep boil cooking oil until it look crispy...</description>
