I see these strange ads in the newspapers now and then.
In it are serious looking men wearing turbans and looking like members of the taliban. They say that they will give "Urut Batin" for men only and can be contacted at mobile phone numbers or at certain hotels on certain days.
Somehow, the fact that is is MEN ONLY raises my suspicions. Yet, the pictures are that of old pious looking men. It can’t possibly be them soliciting for sex?
Then I found out that "Urut Batin" was a type of massage only for men where they would massage the penis and surrounding area, promising that it would increase blood flow and libido of the man. In other words, it makes the men want to jump off the massage table and head straight for their wives, girlfriends, sex partners, mistresses and have hot sweaty sex. This is surprisingly quite popular in Kelantan. Why I say popular is because Kelantan is under the government of a religious party and you don’t expect a religious party to endorse sexual stimulants like this one. But apparently the best Urut Batin masseurs come from there.
Someone I know has been for one such massage. He said it was offered as part of his massage package and being curious, he agreed to try it. He told me that it was basically a form of masturbation to the penis which of course makes you feel rather excited. But he said that surprisingly, there was no real URGE to get out there and do it right away. I should know because I was available… haha…. 
Did it raise his libido? He said there was some excitement initially. The penis does get erect. But that was about it.
