Having this piece of news on the FRONT PAGE of a NATIONAL NEWSPAPER must be a feat in itself. I’m sorry but this marriage proposal is NOT NEW. People have DIVORCED using billboards, they have advertised CHEATING HUSBANDS so what makes this so unique?
If I’d seen it I’d have thought it was just another jewelry store advertisement.
Oh and spending RM40,000 (about US$12,000) on a freaking billboard but only RM14,000 (US$4,300) on the diamond ring tells me he’s got all his priorities wrong.
Wrong, boy! What you want is to spend RM40,000 on the RING because throwing away RM40,000 on something fleeting like a billboard ad tells me you have no MONEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS. I’m sorry, I won’t marry someone who is prepared to throw away money in that manner.
