How to deal with copycats?

There are so many copycats out there these days. They copy blogs, they copy blog topics, they copy the blog style…. and the list goes on…

So how do you deal with them?

I just let them be. At the end of the day, blogging is a passion. If you copy everyone all the time, you’ll never find the drive to keep going. If you keep your blog a weed garden, blogging about this and that and all of nothing, you’ll just burn out in the end in a hotch potch.

But if you truly know your subject and keep going at it, why you might just be more successful than everyone else!

So, if you come across a copycat, let them be. It is good competition and a little competition never hurt anyone! The question is, who’ll still be here 3 years later? You or your copycat?
