A friend of mine went to try the New York facial not in New York but at the New York facial salon in KL. It was some free trial she got by sending in an SMS. She told me it was an awful experience! First of all, they were really into hardsell tactics. They kept pressuring her into buying a whole package for thousands of dollars, even though she told them she hated the treatment!
Then, she said the extraction process was very painful and the rooms were tiny and cold and noisy. She tried out their acne treatment facial and after hearing heracne treatment review I’m not about to try it.
The other thing my friend was upset about was that she was promised a free trial set of products after the treatment but they refused to give it to her unless she signed up and later said they were out of stock. But, another customer walked out of the salon with a bag of freebies!
Well, she told me she walked out of the salon in a huff and I don’t blame her. Sometimes, these free trial things can really backfire on the salon if they don’t give a good impression up front.
