I don’t get this

According to AirAsia, we no longer have to rush for seats because now Air Asia allows you to book your seating just like other commercial airlines. (link)

What I did not understand what this:-

For those who want a specific seat, they can either purchase a “hot seat” for RM25 one way or a “standard seat” for RM5.

Does this mean I have to pay an additional RM25 for a hot seat? And RM5 for a normal seat? What if I opt NOT to choose my seat? I save the RM5 but when I get on board, how will I know which seats are taken and which arent?

Urgh… pay this pay that. I’d rather fly commercial

An unconventional Valentine’s Day gift?

After giggling at all the many suggestions of food in various sugary sweet forms or suggestive forms (oysters anyone?! ;) ) for Valentine’s Day, I came across a very original Valentine’s Day gift idea – an insurance quote. Not for life insurance, but for medical insurance.

if someone wants to take out life insurance on you be very afraid! Maybe I watch too much tv but there’s no way I’d let anyone buy a life insurance out in my name for a huge sum. It means I’m toast! But medical insurance is another matter. With the rising cost of medicine and hospitalization these days, perhaps a medical insurance might just be that perfect vday gift – what say you?

Do visits to the dentist increase after Valentine’s Day?

In the lead up to Valentine’s Day I’ve seen people recommending gifts for both men and women with increasing humour. How many more people are going to suggest cupcakes and chocolate as Valentine’s Day gifts?

How many more corny gifts are we going to see until 14 February is over? The one thing I know women might appreciate instead is a diet pill that works or failing which, maybe a gym membership.

Why ply your man or woman with more food – chocolate, wine, cupcakes all add up and go to the waist making your lover an adorable but lumpy one.

I’m not surprised if visits to the dentist incease after valentine’s day. After all that surfeit of sugar, a dentist might just be the only man you want to see bwahahhahahaaaa

Too many things happening

What with the political situation in seeming chaos and political parties getting into hot soup with the government and sultanate, I’ve had barely had time to update. I do enjoy my bit of political drama and lately, I”ve had drama a plenty!

However, the latest drama must be the one in my personal life by poodle man. He dropped off a package at my office last week while I was out and when I opened it, it was a catalog for Polar watches. Apparently he wanted to buy me one for Vday but had no idea which I liked, so he gave me a catalog to choose from!

Thoughtful… if I was interested!! Sorry mate, I wasn’t. So I returned it, explained nicely to him that I wasn’t interested and ran away. That felt so surreal…
