Someone is lining up a blind date for me this weekend. Sigh… she felt I needed to get over the last person who I found holding the pearls for another girl remember? I’m surprisingly not pissed at him. In fact, I’m so over him its not funny. It might be because I’ve been so busy at work holdingmeeting after meeting or it might just be that I wasn’t into him after all!

Either way, I am looking forward to the date this weekend. Apparently he’s a pilot – ooh! free flights! Of course I’m being presumptous – a girl must have something to look forward to. Perhaps I too shall get on that nasty treadmill tonight hehe…

I couldn’t believe my eyes last night when I staggered home after a long trying day. There in the middle of the living hall was SIL pounding away on a treadmill for dear life!

Apparently she had gone to some fitness equipment sale and picked it up for about RM7000 – she said it normally costs over RM10k. I can’t believe that I’m seeing this in my living hall. I detest treadmills – I think people on treadmills look like hamsters

I wonder how long this fad will last before we resort to using it as a clothes hanger?

It amuses me no end to read some of the blogs I see on Petaling Street. After reading a few different blogs, I noticed that there was a common underlying trend in many of them.

And then I noticed that each of the blogs linked to the other and hey! It actually all belongs to one person!

And suddenly we are experts on everything from parenting to food to business.

As I said, it amuses me to no end because a jack of all trades is master of none but then I guess what these are for are various money making ventures be they of credit or no.

To each their own i say!

Seriously, with so many things going on around me I would need a memory upgrade if I were a computer.

Instead, I’m not so I have to live with what I have. The boss has asked for 20 things to be done by today or I can’t go home. Its 3pm! *wails* I need to be out soon so I can meet some friends I’ve been avoiding since that horrible episode last week.

I may try bribing one of the secretaries with guerlain chocolates to help me. Its photocopying only after all. The boss seems to think only I can do it. Hah! Lets see how it goes!
