While another colleague was telling us about his new apartment, the previous colleague who had just returned from Hong Kong told us about the high property prices there. We aren’t even talking about commercial real estate here, just apartments of about 500 sq ft. Over here, that’s the size of some hotel rooms!
Anyway he told us that a 500 sq ft apartment in Hong Kong can go up to 12 million. That’s about RM6 million!! Crazy! We aren’t even talking about super high end yet.
Its no wonder people there throng the streets every night shopping. I would too if I had to return to a pigeon hole every night
