Amazing! here’s a link to something called an AED that my cuzzie sent me. An AED is an Automated External Defibrillator. Isn’t that the thing that they use on hospital shows to revive people from cardiac arrest?

What struck me was this:-

Dad is taking us for a black tie affair this weekend and I’m so excited! I have nothing to wear though. doesn’t every girl say that?

Anyway Mom’s taking me and SIL shopping (yay!) and I know what I want. A long flowy gown in chiffon. I Don’t see why SIL should get a dress too. She can easily wear the gown she wore for her wedding dinner!

Still the biggest headache is bro who refuses to wear tuxedo shirts most times. He hates a bow tie. Says he looks like a penguin.

Dad bought a new plasma tv for his room – thanks for mom’s idea about hotelifing her bedroom. Now, he’s a bit puzzled as to whether he can hang it on the wall or use tv stands.

But bro pointed out that the wall may not be able to support the weight of a 50 inch tv. Oops! Bro the ever rational one in the family. My vote goes to tv stands. But then I’m inheriting the old one so I’m not fussed

Mom’s got into her head that she wants walk in tubs in her bathroom. Ever since she got back from that luxury resort hotel, she’s been doing up the house in all sorts of hotel-ish designs!

Drives us nuts One day it was pebbles in the bathroom… until we pointed out mould was growing whenever they got wet. So they were thrown out into the garden. Now its tubs! That’s major reno!!

We’re just laying low. Hopefully she forgets after a while
