Speaking of shopping in my last post, I’ve been looking for a pair of shoes. No need for sexy shoes or killer boots. All I want is a pair of sensible black pumps or court shoes. Nothing fancy, nothing too high, nothing too low. You know how hard that is? To find a pair I mean. I hit all the sensible shoes stores I know – Clarks, EasySpirit, Geox… and there was none. If there were styles which suited me, they weren’t on sale. Those on sale weren’t even closed toed shoes or they were too high.

It makes me wonder how any one is expected to find a pair of simple black pumps these days.

I was reading a friend’s blog and was so jealous over her new thigh high boots. I want me some boots too!

Well ok, I don’t want something that is as high as the thigh for the simple reason that I’d probably sweat into a puddle in our hot local Malaysian weather. Also, I don’t think my thighs are skinny enough to fit into skinny jeans and THEN into the boots! Hehe…

That aside, I saw some in our local Aldo store. Its about ankle high which is a reasonable height to be. They look so sleek with jeans and pants and if they are of a reasonable heel height, might even be comfy to run around in!

I’m going to check out Aldo soon. Whee!

Look what I unearthed today while surfing the web? A cat fight over Louis Vuitton straps!

One girl likes her straps light, the other prefers hers dark brown. One thinks the other is writing about her, the other denies.

Who cares?!
