Taking a break from ranting, I had a lovely dinner at a Korean restaurant yesterday. What I love about Korean food is the large variety of appetizers that you get once you place an order. Best of all, these appetizers can be replenished! So guess who had tons of kimchi yesterday on top of the lovely barbequeued meats. Granted, I came away smelling like I’d been in a kitchen, but it was yummy nonetheless!

I’ve been feeling fat lately. Whether its my clothes that don’t fit so well anymore or I’m just wearing something too small for me. But fat I am and so I’m going to do something about it like exercise for starters! And then, I’m also having a craving for Chicken Parmigiani which is like Chicken in a tomato based sauce like Cacciatore with Parmesan cheese on top. I had it once somewhere and I love it. So yummy but so sinful! Eh, wait a minute! Its ParmAgiani not Parmigiani LOL…. Actually even parmesan cheese pasta as in the picture above will do lah!

Ok I know what mee is = noodles.

I know what siput is = snail

But what the heck is a MEE SIPUT? Snail Noodles?

I saw this picture on Flickr of what they call a Mee Siput and I don’t see anything with a snail shell so I guess its edible? I’d like to try this though. Anyone know where I can find a Mee Siput?

Maybe I’d live to tell the tale. Or maybe not.
