I haven’t been around here much have I? ALl one reader will notice haha! But I was busy checking out how to get an Online teaching degree because I’m tired of drifting around and wanted to see if I could do something productive with my life. Its surprisingly easy and I was surprised I didn’t think about it earlier. That said, I couldn’t imagine living my life telling others what to do when I myself don’t know what to do or how to do it. So perhaps teaching isn’t my forte!

You know what we should be getting the big kid for Xmas? An electric guitar. Yes, hes not my kid so I could very well indulge and then watch with glee while his parents cuss the day I hatch this hare brained scheme… because I know his parents are like that Then again maybe I won’t. Perhaps I should get a drum kit instead! Now that would be priceless!

Said friend who bought a new property is thinking of using something called Slatwall in their house. They are doing renovations now and asking my thoughts. I don’t even know why because every suggestion I make gets shot down. I think they just want someone to ask and feel superior coz they have a new house and I don’t. Bah humbug! But onto happier things. I got FB to order me the zumba video thing. Its going to be interesting to see what I do with it.

A friend bought a property recently and instead of buying the MRTA as normal, which I’m told some banks don’t even need anymore, they took out a mortgage life insurance pledged against the property. This way, at the end of it all, they’ll still have an insurance even if they have settled up the property price. I think that’s how it works. I never understood this insurance thing. Mom’s despairing of me because then I can’t take over her business

The perils of watching late nite tv advertorials means I was this close to ordering a zumba kit yesterday. I swear they make it look so much fun and the bodies! Have you seen the bodies?! But I didn’t order because my credit card has been taken away by Mom for a week as penalty. Perhaps I’ll wait and get the zumba for xbox 360 instead. After all I already have the xbox so i might as well use it

My mac is officially dead. I don’t even know what I did to it but it wouldn’t come on anymore. I’m supposed to take it to the store but I just know its going to cost me a bomb to fix it. Might have to sell something like a kidney Perhaps I could take a look at hp desktops next. A friend uses them and says its never failed them. Maybe I could give it a go.

I saw a man yesterday at MV wearing a vest covered with lapel pins. I couldn’t help a snigger. I thought that was a boy scout sort of thing or at the very least a teen thing. This was a man who was balding and wearing his pins proud. Is there some sort of lapel pin convention in town that I’m not aware of? Or perhaps he’s an aging boy scout?

FB’s birthday is coming which means I’m getting him another set of psp games. Its all I’ve been getting him for the past 5 years and its never changed because he’s too cheap to get his own, I know he enjoys it and I’m too lazy to think. So now, he just depends on me to get him new games all the time. Thank goodness for having cuzzies in the States to send them over. Its actually sometimes cheaper there when on sale… and its on sale now!!!

Ever heard of 5th wheel warranty? Yeah neither have i! But I was listening to mom talk about it yesterday in her training class. I had to wait for her so I had to sit in too. If you ask me, its boring. But everyone else was listening with rapt attention. I guess itwas applicable for them!

Anyway, there was an earthquake in sumatra this morning! I felt it! OMG! I actually thought i was feeling giddy from lack of food. But when I saw the news, it was like the last one all over again. This is getting really scary!

With mom a hot shot insurance person, I guess a site like Wholesaleinsurance.net wouldn’t come in very handy for me. I just have to ask her and she’ll be able to tell me everything I need to know. Like last week, someone had their windscreen smashed by a flying stone and she told them to claim from their windscreen insurance because its a separate cover from your car and your NCB isn’t affected. Now you didn’t know that did you?
