Oh Dear!

It looks like Edison Chen’s photo taking days are quite quite numbered.  

For the past couple of days, the internet and gossip magazines in Hong Kong and online are buzzing about the latest sex scandal to hit the Asian pop scene.

Explicit porn style photos were  found on the computer hard drive of Edison Chen and broadcasted on the internet. These photos were not only of him and his … ahem… member, but of his girlfriends – Gillian Hung, Cecilia Cheung, Bobo Chan and current girlfriend Vincy Yeung at latest count. Rumors have it that there are up to 13 women featured in the photos in various states of undress (mostly naked) and performing various sexual acts (mostly fellatio).

I’m not an Asian pop star fan but I don’t feel sorry for the people involved at all. I mean, these were women who consented to their photos being taken by their then boyfriend or sex partner, and having consented to that, they should bear the consequences.

Its easy to make a big hue and cry about it but the fact remains that if they had not consented to their photos being taken at that point in time, then none of this would be happening to them now!

There is a lesson to this all. DO NOT EVER LET YOUR BOYFRIEND/HUSBAND/GIRLFRIEND/SEX PARTNER PHOTOGRAPH OR VIDEOTAPE YOU NAKED OR HAVING SEX. 

NEVER.

You will live to regret it.  I’m sure these women have.

What’s the difference between the Chua Soi Lek Sex Video and the Edison Chen Sex Photos?

Well, in the former case, his sexual exploits were filmed unawares whereas in the latter case he filmed the girls in their underwear! Haha… Lame joke. But its a fact.

In the former, there was an invasion of privacy in that a hidden spy camera was placed in the hotel room where he was engaging in his little side activity. In Edison Chen’s case however, he actively filmed the girls he had sex with, they posed for him in various compromising positions and then, he sent his computer to be repaired WITH THE PHOTOS IN IT!

So, I’d say that one was asking for it, while the other was stupid to be caught. Take your pick who I mean.  

I’ve realised that sex sells.

Well literally and figuratively.

If you have a blog, you will realise that writing about sex will bring you more traffic than if you were to just moan about your day to day problems. Um… I mean moan as in complain not moan as in moan…

Some people choose to write about their sex escapades or their sex partners. Others choose to take on a professional medical tone and write about sex like its being performed in a lab. Some others write like they are writing a manual, complete with pictures.

Its quite funny to see the Insert penis (A) into vagina (B) type articles because they are just so "educational". It is just another way to drive traffic to your site in offering "Sex Instructions" or "Sex Positions To Thrill your Partner". Hands up how many of you have been seduced… or conned one way or another? You click on it and find that everyone is just copying everyone else.

There are only a handful of articles out there which are being copied and recycled to death. Every one offering you "The Best Sex Position".

Emails aren’t spared. How many of you have received emails claiming that they can "Make Your Girlfriend Scream" or "Enlarge your Penis". How many are valid claims? And why do they try to make men feel like their penis need enlarging? Does size matter? or is it true that its all just technique?

Maybe I should write about sex too. After all, if it brings the traffic, anything sells right? Even sex. And even articles about why sex sells
